It is offered both as a weekend intensive (seven hours over two days) and as a 21-hour course over seven weeks combining seminar and writing workshop, plus individual consultation, written feedback and energy work. The Fool's Journey: Hero With A Thousand Faces
What kind of experiences are you missing out on for fear of 'looking like a fool'?
What is the difference between knowledge and wisdom?
Who can impart self-knowledge to you, if not you?
Freedom, creativity and joyfulness are rooted in trust in the unknown.
This 23-part course combines meditation, journaling, dream work and exploration of the Tarot archetypes to solidify the discipline required of the artist and the contemporary seeker.
Take the leap...
Yoga for Ex-Smokers (YES!)
Smoking separates us temporarily from feelings of anger, depression and anxiety.
Our creative power is intertwined with our fear. Through yogic postures, philosophy, meditation, breathing techniques and creativity exercises, participants experience yoga ("union") and learn how to free themselves from the vicious circle of fear, addiction and unfulfilled potential.
"Getting the Story": Greed or Grail?
Ours is a culture that promotes the idea of the story as commodity. As a result, writers are frequently tempted to "steal" others' stories or generate destructive dramas in their own lives. Participants in this workshop acquire tools to develop their own authentic voices and imaginative powers.
Artists and Abundance
Using a variety of creative and imaginative exercises, artists learn to redefine their creative potential and break mental habits that obstruct their earning power.
Writing, Yoga and The Body
Discover creative potential in the place between stretching and surrendering. This introductory workshop combines yoga asanas (physical postures), breathing and meditation exercises to enhance creative discipline and inspiration.
